Does BengkelDay support e-Invoice LHDN?
The e-Invoice LHDN MyInvois module is under development and will be available soon. BengkelDay has already put all the required infrastructure in place — database, MyInvois API integration, and user interface — to ensure a smooth transition when the module launches. Existing users will be notified by email when the feature is ready to enable. In the meantime, BengkelDay supports professional invoice generation with automatic SST calculation.
What is BengkelDay?
BengkelDay is a workshop management system built specifically for car workshops in Malaysia. It helps you manage job cards, professional invoices & PDFs, customers, vehicles, inventory, and appointments — all in one platform. BengkelDay supports FPX payments and automatic SST calculation, with e-Invoice LHDN MyInvois integration coming soon. What happens after my 14-day trial?
After the 14-day PRO trial ends, your account automatically moves to the FREE plan at no cost — no credit card is charged, no action needed. All your data (customers, vehicles, job cards, invoices) is preserved. On the FREE plan you can continue managing up to 50 job cards per month, 1 user, and 300 customers. You can upgrade anytime to restore PRO features like advanced reports, automated reminders, and higher limits.
How does the job card system work?
Our job card system lets you create, track, and manage all workshop jobs with a Kanban board view. Track job status from pending to completed, add parts and labour, and convert to invoices with one click.
Can I manage inventory and parts?
Yes! PRO and Enterprise plans include full inventory management. Track stock levels, set low-stock alerts, manage vendors, and create purchase orders.
Is my workshop data secure?
